How do I apply for a TEC Retreat?

Easy--just complete a TEC application. You can get an application in one of two ways:

1. Send e-mail to Frances Gibson at tecretreatdirector@gmail.com.  Be sure to include your name, address and phone number.
2. Print or download and complete the online application below and either email it or mail it.

Dear TEC Applicant:

This application contains all of the information you will need to join thousands of other young adults who make up the international TEC community! The application is available in two different formats: .pdf and HTML.

1. Adobe Acrobat .pdf Form (~413 KB) to be downloaded.

2. Adobe Acrobat .pdf Form to be completed online.  Please have all parts which includes Part 3 Reference Form completed.  Part 3 is the second link below.  You can save the Part 3- Reference Form and email it to the person completing it or direct them to this page.

3. HTML Format (below). Use this if you cannot print the application above in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format:

Part 1 - General Info about the times, dates, cost, stuff to bring, etc.  You keep this part!

Part 2 - The Application to fill out and return with your $80 non-refundable reservation fee (*fee is increased to $100 after October 23, 2010).  Space is limited so send it in at least three weeks before the weekend to hold your space!

Part 3 - The Referral Form is to be given to an adult that you know well to fill out so that we can get to know you a little and form small groups before you arrive.

When is the TEC weekend?: September 24-26, 2010

When does it begin?:   SIGN IN is Friday from 10:30 - 11:00AM  

It is very important that you arrive at this time. 

When does it end?:    Sunday approximately 5 PM

It is required for participants to arrive on time and to remain onsite for the duration of the retreat.

What should I bring?:
Comfortable casual clothes
Nicer clothes for liturgy (1 night)
Towel & personal toiletries
Sleeping bag or blankets & pillow

How much does it cost?: $80* until September 3, 2010
 *After September 3, 2010, the retreat fee increasing to $100

Paypal Instructions:
To pay for TEC by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX or echeck using PayPal:
1.  Go to www.paypal.com
2.  Click the link to sign up for your free PayPal account and choose "Personal Account", or enter your email and password if you have an existing account and skip to Step 4.
3.  Follow the instructions for creating a personal account, verifying your email address, and verifying your banking information ONLY if you want to pay by echeck.
4.  Once you are verified, log in and click the "Send Money" tab at the top of the page.
5.  Enter Atlanta_TEC@hotmail.com for the "Recipient's Email" field.
6.  Enter the "Amount" field.
7.  Select "Service" for "Type" field.
8.  Type "TEC #37" in the Subject line.
9.  Give your name and a contact phone number in the "Note" box.

Who can make a TEC?: Young Adults 20-40, married or single.

TEC is an experience in Christian living designed especially for YOUNG ADULTS that includes:

*presentations by priests, sisters & young adults
