As Jesus says in the Gospels, "The harvest is plenty, the laborers are few, come with me into the fields", and Rudy Schlosser has been a heavy laborer for Christ and Atlanta TEC over the last several years. Since its founding in 1965, TEC has been a powerful instrument of evangelization bringing thousands of young adults and teens to a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and their faith. TEC only works, however, when someone invites another to make this weekend. Thus recruitment is a critical effort for every weekend and no one better embodies this gift for Atlanta TEC than Rudy.

Rudy's greatest gift has been to invite, recruit, and if necessary cajole dozens of young adults to make their TEC weekend over the course of the last several years. His efforts have been consistent and highly fruitful. We want to acknowledge our deepest appreciation for Rudy's personal commitment and example to Atlanta TEC through this presentation of the Spirit of TEC Award.
