Words cannot fully express the gratitude Atlanta TEC owes Janice Givens for her service to the Young Adults of the Archdiocese of Atlanta.  Because of Janice’s support and enthusiasm over the past 7 years, Atlanta TEC has been embraced by the Archdiocese as a valuable tool of faith formation in young adults.  Despite sweeping life changes and commitments to other ministries, Janice has stayed involved by accepting leadership, service, and speaking positions as a testimony to her dedication to the TEC movement.

Furthermore, Janice continues to challenge the Young Adults of Atlanta to accept the mission of discipleship and to live the Paschal Mystery.   She freely shares her stories of struggles and triumph in Christ, and thru her openness of heart, her faith, and her conviction, she inspires us in our personal journeys.

To know Janice is to Encounter Christ.  For her leadership, vision, service and commitment, Atlanta TEC is pleased to recognize Janice Givens with this 2004 spirit of Tec Award.
