James Ragsdale
Spirit of TEC Award 2004

The TEC Conference awards the 2004 Spirit of TEC to James Ragsdale, Atlanta TEC.

In recognition of all that you do for the TEC Movement.

Thank you for making a difference in the lives of so many!

Mother Teresa once said, "We cannot do great things.  We can only do little things with great love." This attitude of humility, reverence and service are personified in James Ragsdale. Since his involvement with Atlanta TEC began in 2000, he has embraced the idea of the Paschal Mystery and has enthusiastically offered his gifts and abilities to the community.  James raches out to those in need, and is committed to filling those needs with an attitude of kindness, support and encouragement.

James also truly understands that Christ appears in the details of our life, and he strives to make our Lord's presence known in his cards, wheat letters, and artistic creations.  In these subtle constructions, James proclaims the value of sacrificing our very bening to the will and guidance of the Holy Spirit.  This sacrifice is the very essence of the Paschal Mystery- to let go of our personal agenda to declare God's greater gloery.  In word and deed, James is an exemplary servant of Christ.  For his willingness to share his gifts and serve with a hunble helpful heart, Atlanta TEC is please to recognize james Ragsdale with this 2004 of TEC Award.
